Terms of Service

Appointments:
To ensure you enjoy the full Willow experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows you time to relax and prepare for your treatment.

As a courtesy to all clients, appointments begin and end on time. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust your treatment to fit the remaining time available, or in some cases reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Appointment Reminders:
As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder text message one day prior to your appointment. We appreciate prompt confirmation where possible.

Payments:
All treatments, products and gift vouchers must be paid for in full on the day of purchase or service. We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards, Afterpay and Willow Gift Vouchers.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Courier Service:
We offer nationwide courier delivery for skincare products purchased through our online store. A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all online orders under the value of $200 within New Zealand. For orders over $200 shipping is free.
