Clinic Etiquette
Appointments:
Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you enough time to prepare for the treatment and allow you to receive the benefit of the full beauty experience.

Unfortunately due to the nature of some treatments and in respect of other clients, if you arrive late we may have to re-tailor your treatment to fit the available time, or in some cases, re-schedule your appointment to a later date.
New Guests:
First time to Willow? Welcome!

We kindly ask all our new clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete consultation forms.
Early to your appointment?
Willow is a boutique clinic and, as such, client pampering can be interrupted by the early arrival of the next client. So that everyone's experience is enjoyed, we kindly ask all clients to respect the 10 minute prior to appointment time.
Payments:
Payments for all our services (including gift vouchers) are to be paid in full at the time of your appointment. Willow is excited to offer Afterpay for in-clinic treatments and purchases.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we will be happy to arrange this. We need 24 hours notice of cancellation to allow us to accommodate these changes. Cancellations within this period will inccur a fee of $40 room service fee.
Reminders:
A friendly reminder or your appointment will be sent to you by text message two days before your appointment.
Courier Service:
A $10 shipping/courier fee is applied to all orders placed through our online shop.
Prices:
Willow's prices that are stated in our online and printed treatment menus are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST.
